1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing or using any service provided by AsiaWin via the website asiawin.bio or our official mobile app, you hereby agree to and fully accept all terms and conditions stated in this document.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as a member and AsiaWin as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of our services and close your account immediately.

3 Registration & Account Management

5 General Game Rules

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Owning or using more than one account simultaneously or on a rotating basis.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.

8 Account Termination & Suspension

AsiaWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any member's account at any time with or without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, suspicious activity or for legitimate operational reasons.

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances will be returned to the registered payment method once the verification process is complete.

• Voluntary closure: Members who wish to leave may contact support to close their account. Funds not tied to an active bonus will be returned.
• Closure for cause: If an account is closed due to a terms violation, AsiaWin reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and wins obtained through unlawful activity.
• Self-exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from the platform can activate the self-exclusion option from their account settings. This is part of our commitment to responsible gaming.

9 Liability Limit & Disclaimer
