Bingo 75-Ball vs 90-Ball — What's the Difference?

One of the most frequently asked questions by new players is the difference between the two main bingo formats offered at AsiaWin. While both share the same basic concept, the gameplay experience is quite different and each format has its own loyal fans.

75-Ball Bingo

This format uses a 5×5 card with 24 numbers and one FREE square in the center. Numbers are divided into five columns B, I, N, G, O — each with a different number range. Players must complete specific patterns such as straight lines, diagonals, letters, shapes or a full house to win.

75-Ball Bingo is more popular among players who enjoy variety, as the winning patterns can change from one round to the next — making it more challenging and exciting to play repeatedly.

90-Ball Bingo

In the 90-Ball format, a bingo card has 3 rows and 9 columns with 15 active numbers per card. This format has three winning tiers — 1 Line, 2 Lines and Full House. Players can win at any tier, meaning there are more chances to win a prize in every round.

This format is more popular in Southeast Asia and generally features larger jackpots as rounds run longer and more players are involved. Progressive Jackpot Room AsiaWin mostly use the 90-Ball format.

AsiaWin Tip: If you're just starting out, try 75-Ball Bingo in the Classic Room with tickets priced at MYR 0.50. Once you're comfortable with the game rhythm, move up to the 90-Ball Jackpot Room to chase bigger prizes.
